OLUDARE OTEPOLA (MR.)
Dare is the Associate Partner of Solid Foundation Estates Limited. He is a graduate of Estate Management with over 15years of experience in Real Estate practice, which he acquired in firms in Nigeria (Charles Adebiyi & Co., Mike Chukwudumogu & Co., Phil Nwachukwu & Associates[Jos], and Executive Properties Limited.) and the United Kingdom (Shogun Realty & Shian Housing Association). He is vast in Property Management, Facilities Management, Property Investment Appraisal, Project Development and Project Management.
Dare, with an unparallel approach, is very versatile, service oriented and has a track record of prompt delivery. His knowledge base and experience is crucial to our clients receiving the maximum benefits from any given Property transaction.

ADETOUN AKEJU-OTEPOLA (MRS.)
Adetoun is the Managing Partner of Solid Foundation Estates Limited and she holds a B. Sc in Estate Management from the University of Lagos (obtained in 1994). She has held a management position at Plaza Estates Ltd. (a firm of Real Estate Consultants at Western House Lagos) before her current position. She is a member of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) and an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan African University).
Due to her passion for excellence, Adetoun has attended several professional courses in Real Estate and Construction industry to enhance her professional skills.

She is an astute administrator and possesses great marketing skills.

SOLAPE ADEFALA (MISS)
Solape is the Executive Director of Solid Foundation Estates Limited. She is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, admitted to the bar in 1981. She has a LLB (HONS) of the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
She practiced with the firm of AKINYEMI ADEFALA & CO., was a legal officer with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc., left Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc to set up the Legal Department of Metropolitan Merchant Bank Limited where she served as a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
She is a member of the International Bar Association, Nigeria-Britain Association, the Soroptimist International and Ikoyi Club 1938.
